Where are you located?

We are located at 180 N Belvedere Dr. Suite 6, Gallatin, Tn 37066. Our Suite is located inside the Sumner Crossings complex which is a small complex of brick buildings next to Sonic and behind Bucks BBQ.

Where do I park?

We have a community parking lot, feel free to park in any open space.

Should I wash my hair before I come?

Please make sure there is no build up on your scalp. Product build up and natural oils can interfere with color. Everyone’s scalp is different so please wash your hair 24-48 hours before your service. Your appointment does not include a wash before color. Ensuring that you don’t have build up will help the color do what it is designed to do and allow us to ensure even results.

How do I book an appointment? 

We book our appointments through Vagaro. If you would like you can download the app and add our salon to your favorites to make booking future appointments easy! You can also book an appointment by clicking the “book ” button at the top of the screen. If you have questions please click the “connect” page.

Are you taking new guests? 

Always.

 

Adjustments

If you are not entirely satisfied with your service we would love the opportunity to make you happy. Please let us know within 7 days of your service if you would like a tweak. *changes in style or color from our consultation is not an adjustment.

Returns

We want you to love the products you purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your take home care please let us know! We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days.

Kiddos

For the safety of your children and to ensure that you and our other guests are able to relax we ask that all children are supervised by an adult.

Phones

While you’re here relaxing please feel free to utilize our complimentary wifi. We do ask that your phone be turned to vibrate if possible and that if you are in the middle of a Netflix binge that you wear ear buds for the consideration of other guests.

Cancelation Policy

As a courtesy we attempt to email and text you 2 business days prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment, to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees. 

We kindly ask that you give us more that 24 hours notice when you cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments and last minute cancellations leave gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled and ultimately affect my revenue. If for any reason you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up to your appointment you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
