We coach our stylists to know the ins and outs of their BUSINESS behind the chair to be able to work more efficiently without burnout. Shadow Day + Interview
Join us for a salon tour, stay for about an hour to observe our stylists with clients while getting a feel for our vibe. Afterwards, we’ll sit down and chat about what working at O+O could look like for you.
